Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not create, upload, request, share, or distribute using Banana Studio. It applies to prompts, reference images, generated outputs, account behavior, and any other use of the Service.

You may not use Banana Studio to create, process, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, unsafe, or otherwise harmful.

The following categories are prohibited on Banana Studio:

• NSFW or sexually explicit content: Including pornography, explicit nudity, fetish content, graphic sexual acts, or sexualized close-up imagery.
• Content involving minors: Any sexual, suggestive, exploitative, or age-inappropriate depiction of minors is strictly forbidden.
• Violence or graphic harm: Graphic gore, mutilation, torture, dismemberment, or content intended to celebrate or encourage violence.
• Illegal content: Content involving fraud, scams, illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, terrorism, criminal instructions, or other unlawful acts.
• Harassment or hateful content: Content targeting individuals or groups with threats, slurs, degradation, or hateful/extremist messaging.
• Non-consensual or deceptive content: Deepfakes, impersonation, revenge content, doxxing, blackmail, or misleading identity-based manipulation.
• Copyright or trademark abuse: Requests that are clearly intended to infringe third-party rights, counterfeit brands, or mislead consumers.

You may not use Banana Studio to:

• Evade safety controls, policy filters, rate limits, or account restrictions.
• Automate abusive traffic, scraping, credential attacks, or service disruption.
• Use stolen accounts, fake identities, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Upload reference images that you do not have the right to use.
• Resell, sublicense, or operate the Service in a way that violates our Terms.

If we believe you have violated this Policy, we may remove content, block prompts, suspend generation access, cancel subscriptions, or terminate your account without notice.

Serious violations may be reported to payment providers, hosting vendors, model providers, or law enforcement when required.
